E-Commerce Going to Bleed?

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES (SCOTUS) Decided June 21, 2018, to overturn Quill Corp. v. North Dakota, 504 U.S. 298 (1992). The State may not require a business that has no physical presence in the State to collect its sales tax. This was left to the consumer to comply with the State of said sales tax. Ah, that has not gone well on State tax returns where you check the box asking did you purchase out of State goods? Most checked the NO Box.

So, E-Commerce business will have to calculate all State Taxes of online sales because the customer failed to do so.  The Supreme Court will always side with the Government even though the ruling was close 5-4 but I have to say Retail Brick and Mortar have been in a death spiral because of no sales tax when purchasing online.  Remember in the Clinton era in 1995 the dot-com revelation took-off like a Saturn rocket which made the internet grow, it was done on purpose for that reason to grow the economy.  But what happened to neighborhood stores since then?

Yeah, they are fading away because it's easy to shop online.  BestBuy would complain about customers who walked through the store to see and feel the products available then go buy it on Amazon.  But a store owner brings many jobs and commerce to your neighborhood.

Brick and Mortar can't compete with a giant who purchases in huge volume and these guys who pick your item for you have to piss in a bottle because management writes them up for being away from the job because the walk to the bathroom is too far!  Nice atmosphere, I don't think girls are on the floor because they would have to use a cup and need a tissue.  Bezos should place Porta Potties or how about a damn bike.  We also hear you get 15 to 20min lunch by the time you get to the canteen.  Would be better to bring a lunch.  Good idea to think about how another person is treated.  It's easy to say it isn't you but that changes when no one cares for you.

Brick and Mortar are celebrating with the ruling and E-Commerce business not so much where Amazon's stock is taking a hit along with others but the market has been sailing south lately anyway.  Good time to short the stocks.

You know something?  Shopping the Mall is fun some stores have hot popcorn for free, the smell of new products, you get to try on new shoes, clothes so you get the right size and yeah lady, that dress looks great on you!

So with the trade wars going on where I wish business could have gotten a heads up for time to tool up and make some adjustments before pulling the plug!  If your car parts are too expensive there's always the junkyard. E-Commerce is going to have to adjust for all State sale taxes where you'll need new accounting software and other help where this market is going to bleed a bit.

The bright side in the meantime is shorting stocks, (timing is everything) Put Options.  The market is over-leveraged anyway where the Fed will raise rates and the banks are failing from global stress associated with bad paper exploding debt.  One cure is to buy back your stock.  Ah, that's not growth.  States need more taxes or the pensioners will snap if the money isn't there!  Something no fund manager has ever suggested if you want to make money in the market, invest in evil.  But many have a conscience where profit is disturbing, for example, Fetal parts and\or organ trafficking.  This pressure is relieved when you short the stock you are not profiting from gains you're profiting from a downfall.  You're just applying a rule to capitalism, profiting from others' misfortune where misery is a business model.  I see Red! 
         

History - Trump and Kim Summit

The Ship made the call back in Feb 28th, 2013.  'For the Love of the Game' and the ice breaker was?  Dennis Robman. Who took a lot of flack and to hear him in the interview with CNN, Dennis mentioned Obama wanted nothing to do with him.

Dennis was one on one with Kim and helped move the world in a direction no politician wanted to steer.  Keep that Deep State hate machine oiled!  Way to go Worm! (Dennis) you did it Man!

This just came off the court, (2013) Dennis Rodman and Kim Jong Un have just shared a relationship that will last a lifetime and all for the love of the game, basketball. Rodman even mentioned to Kim Jong Un that you have a friend for life.  I don't even want to get into politics at this point but will stress that basketball might have just saved everybody's ass.

Seems to be some pressure off Kim Jong Un, the man looks happy and in good spirit.  Deep State actors are being removed.

The only U.S. president that went the distance is President Trump!  We're on to something ladies and gentlemen and Peace is on the menu.  Looks like the G-6=1 will have to include the rest of the world because we're going to learn to trade responsibly!  The Balance.

Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii

Hi everybody welcome to Hawaii, I built it!

It's Mother's Day and it seems the planet is going through many labor pains around the world.  Kilauea volcano in Hawaii is in world news and many are getting an education on Volcanism!

In this view of Halema'uma'u the lava level has lowered.

One of the most interesting mechanics is the level of lava in the Caldera. (magma chamber/reservoir)  When this lava level drops beyond the water table in the the conduit (chamber) water will flow into the conduit causing steam to rise from the chamber.  At this point, all Hell can break loose!

It seems this element of mechanics has happened at Kilauea where we're seeing steam rise from the chamber!  If rocks and debris fall into the chamber blocking the flow of steam a massive eruption can occur from pressure build-up launching tons of boulders and rocks of all sizes into the air!  Volcanologist Janine Krippner, "We are looking at the possibility of a steam-driven eruption at the summit, which is not as large as magmatic eruptions that we see at volcanoes like Mount St. Helens. The hazards are ballistic rocks around the summit area."

Hawaii County officials were knocking on doors on several streets in the Leilani Estates subdivision alerting residents to flee fast-moving lava from the Kilauea volcano on Monday night.

Economics will Have to Change not People

This pic above represents your sweat equity in every turn on the man-made board of monopoly.  A day doesn't go by for anyone in any country where a government is picking your pocket tied to economics.  You can neither move or advance on the board without payment to an establishment.  I would like you to think about something, how is the morale of society around the world today?  This mind sync determines the advancement of any country and certainly the growth of a country's GDP.  A country grows because of its workforce and resources available and the ability to create.

If countries want to advance, our economics must change gears from a monopoly board that was created to only manipulate.  The theme for advancement for a few to drown in wealth from rubber stamp approval to steal.  Have you ever noticed when buying a new car people congratulate you?  When buying a house?  When having a baby?  When finishing school?  When forming a business?  Why are you congratulated?  You spent a lot of money!  What is it we create for the country we live in?  Wealth!  That wealth only comes from sweat equity but we're not congratulated when paying taxes and that's a boatload of cash!

If you can't save and invest how's the drive?

Pretty soon now everybody will be on the same page as to where we are and how we got here.  The fuse is lit and burning short for the Fed and Central Banks.  The books are so cooked that the high chairs in the kitchen have most of all their chips on the table and owe for those chips. 
This is why the market has not taken a hard south exit.  The Fed's Club is over-leveraged from saving their special interest partners and they don't even have the money to pay the Fed back because it's in the pool.  If the plug gets pulled bye bye Fed cash!  I mean the manipulators of Wall Street are getting pissed with money trying to short the market.  It's their butts this time and they know it!

So how to create a better tomorrow after the bag of tricks hits the floor.
No more picking the pockets of the working class because without this workforce you can't build or maintain Jack!

  
Five Adjustments to Raise Morale for any Country

1. When born it will be free of charge to Mom and Dad because they're adding to the workforce.

2. Education will be free because if anyone claims champion I can assure you someone did not show up.  How many minds have we missed because of entry fees?

3. Health Care will be free in order to maintain a strong workforce and watch how less procedure and more care will take hold.

4. No more carrier politicians advancing special interest groups and\or layered cake bills of legislation.  The public will participate in government for 6 months each in a lifetime which will end the revolving door of stolen tax money.  We did this in the beginning to serve our country and to make it fit, tippe top shape for all.

5. It will be mandatory to be better Stewart's of Earth or we will end up with no planet.

Where will the money come from for this Brewer?  What are you kidding me?  Once Wall Street, Regulating Industries, Central Banks, The Fed, Neocon War Mongers, Career Politicians and Corporate Vampires are defanged we'll pave the streets with gold!

Gentlemen, it's about morale and as Masters, you screwed it up.  You've had your fun and now you're done.  The realm of power has always been the people and what explains this is how many have died in wars through the centuries?  Who creates war?  The people of the planet are the Army, the Realm of Power!

Dark Matter

Science is going deep into the subject of 'Dark Matter' and viewing space from our telescopes and the naked-eye it's the most abundant space between all celestial things.  What does it mean?  What does it support?  Dark Matter is a type of unidentified matter that may constitute about 80% of the total matter in the universe.  Well, when looking at this photo above captured from SkyView Virtual Observatory by a detailed Anon the image is from a Radio Telescope survey of the Universe.  The pic is imaged on a color scale called 'Steps' and what it seems to reveal is an image of the human brain!  The left and right hemisphere are clearly defined but we have to go a little deeper beyond our professors where we hit a border wall.  A separation of science which is the spirit.  Even science hits a wall when the calculation of the cosmos ends in an infinity (symbol: ∞) answer when trying to solve an equation, meaning we don't know.

Let's do the unpractical by applying science with the spirit realm to come away with an answer from applied science.  My cousin Jane, (flamingseed) was in town for a week after being in India and then heading down to Peru studying the origins of Shamanism.

When I showed her this pic and explained my theory of Dark Matter as the substance of support for all solar systems and galaxies to be suspended in.  Like the womb of a mammal supporting life, that fluid matter as life is created.  She was excited with the thought and replied that "all life is created in the dark."  This is true, all mammals are in the dark until birth, a hatch-ling is in the dark until the egg is cracked open and a seed germinates in the dark until the plant breaks the soil above.  So here we thought that evil owns the dark, not true like any hunter the dark is used as a tool to cloak.

Something else she mentioned about this pic above where she explained the left and right hemisphere.  She noticed that the two are figures resembling winged creatures.  The figure on the left she explained as feminine with eyes closed looking in-ward being receptive of the inter landscape, the inner world.  The figure on the right is masculine with eyes open looking out-ward a creative force to explore and understand.  The balance of the two is the inner-out, the inner united with the outer action, lines with the heart, mind and body.

At this point, I have to ask the science community a question since Steven Hawking was nonspiritual is he now dead or did he get to leave his wheelchair and understand the Universe for the first time?  Let me guess the question, it can neither be denied or confirmed.  Breakthrough the science barrier professor where science and spirit are a new realm.  You can't make this stuff up and by the looks of things, we're the supreme beings which will make any of us feel good.  Now we have to earn it and share what we know, in this way all of humanity moves forward where nobody is left behind.
