Seems that the 114th Congress is making an effort in responding to The People of the nation. With Democratic flak at the bill, Midnight Rule Relief Act passed largely along party lines, by a 240-179 vote. Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) urged his colleagues on the floor Thursday morning (11/17/2016) to pass the legislation and tell the American people that lawmakers heard them on Election Day loud and clear. “The American people have said no to the continuance of the Obama administration’s policies,” The bill defines "midnight rule" as an agency statement of general applicability and future effect that is issued during the moratorium period, that is intended to have the force and effect of law, and that is designed to: (1) implement, interpret, or prescribe law or policy; or (2) describe the procedure or practice requirements of an agency. The "moratorium period" begins on the day after the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November in every fourth year succeeding a presidential election and extends through January 20 of the following year in which a President is not serving a consecutive term.

This happened in Chicago, on March 11, 2016, a protest in Chicago resulted in the cancellation of the Trump Rally event being held there after hundreds of protesters entered the arena. The thing about this event, all of Chicago wasn't on the streets, many are on The Midway enjoying the show, Bozo's Circus (Power Monopoly) has lost its leadership and any respect from The American People. Panic mode sets in, Anti-Anything Show rolls into town. This theme was created in Ferguson, where even the locals said, the ones creating all the damage were outsiders. Some even looked like they just got off a boat. This is why these types of shows fail, you're not part of the community. Parking is hard to find and the camo is good but like duck decoys on a river, the locals know who's spread, the decoys belong to. Lots of news on the web about the 10th planet, Planet X, Nibiru, The Destroyer of planets and\or a Brown dwarf star entering our solar system or has been a part of it from the beginning. Many reports claim a 3600-year orbit around our star which if we look at history from 3600-years ago to 7200-years ago and even 10,800-years ago we've had some trouble here on Earth. Everything we know about the formation of solar systems might be wrong, says the University of Florida astronomy professor Jian Ge and his postdoc, Bo Ma. They’ve discovered the first “binary–binary” – two massive companions around one star in a close binary system, one so-called giant planet and one brown dwarf, or “failed star” The first, called MARVELS-7a, is 12 times the mass of Jupiter, while the second, MARVELS-7b, has 57 times the mass of Jupiter. Astronomers believe that planets in our solar system formed from a collapsed disk-like gaseous cloud, with our largest planet, Jupiter, buffered from smaller planets by the asteroid belt. In the new binary system, HD 87646, the two giant companions are close to the minimum mass for burning deuterium and hydrogen, meaning that they have accumulated far more dust and gas than what a typical collapsed disk-like gaseous cloud can provide. They were likely formed through another mechanism. The stability of the system despite such massive bodies in close proximity raises new questions about how protoplanetary disks form. The findings, which are now online, will be published in the November issue of the Astronomical Journal.

July 29, 2005: "It's definitely bigger than Pluto." So says Dr. Mike Brown of the California Institute of Technology who announced today the discovery of a new planet in the outer solar system. The planet, which hasn't been officially named yet, was found by Brown and colleagues using the Samuel Oschin Telescope at Palomar Observatory near San Diego. It is currently about 97 times farther from the sun than Earth, or 97 Astronomical Units (AU= 93 million miles). For comparison, Pluto is 40 AU from the sun. This places the new planet more or less in the Kuiper Belt, a dark realm beyond Neptune where thousands of small icy bodies orbit the sun. The planet appears to be typical of Kuiper Belt objects--only much bigger. Its sheer size in relation to the nine known planets means that it can only be classified as a planet itself, Brown says. Galactic Orbit
Something to keep in mind, our solar system orbits around the center of the Milky Way. One trip around is referred to a galactic year which takes 225 to 250 million years! The Earth has made this trip 20 times, (using the figure of 4.5 billion / 225 million) humans have never been on this galactic trip. It will take 2,812,500 human generations (average age of 80) to complete one trip, enjoy the ride. We're not in Kansas anymore, space is fluid, everything is in constant motion.
Immeasurable Heaven
Time now to examine an even bigger picture! Superclusters: The regions of space that are densely packed with galaxies are the biggest structures in the Universe. But scientists have struggled to define exactly where one supercluster ends and another begins. Now, a team based in Hawaii has come up with a new technique that maps the Universe according to the flow of galaxies across space. Redrawing the boundaries of the cosmic map, they redefine our home supercluster and name it Laniakea, which means ‘immeasurable heaven’ in Hawaiian.
