Trump Activated From Omnibus Bill

Art of The Deal is written by the man in The White House and I always said if you want to win on the monopoly board you have to be a better player.  Well, the play of the Omnibus Bill looked like a disaster for Trump supporters and a success for the Dems.  Come Monday so many are going to be dragging their butts in Washington wondering how they lost at a game Obama took advantage of.

This is Not a Budget!  This is an Omnibus Spending Bill which is different.  The President is directed by the Constitution to adhere to a Budget that Congress approves.  A ‘spending bill’ is not the same as the Federal Budget.  Obama spent, or didn’t spend, the money from all those Omnibus Spending Bills, on whatever he wanted to and Congress didn’t do a thing about it!  Trump has just filled is war chest from studying the art of the deal and he can allocate every dime of the Omnibus Bill to his liking.  You brilliant chess player Sir.

The Trump administration has studied this play write and has performed like no other administration leaving the opposing side like a deer in the headlights!  Also, the high-beam has been applied!  This was filed March 23rd;  In accordance with section 7058(d) of division K of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 (H.R. 1625; the “Act”), I hereby designate as an emergency requirement all funding so designated by the Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, for the accounts referenced in section 7058(d).

You remember during the press Omnibus announcement Pres Trump said he will never sign a Bill like this again is because come Monday the Storm is on the floor of Congress.  They're going to wish they never created such a Bill and make a resolution to never do this again!  This will improve Bill legislation, one piece of paper at a time, not thousands where no one reads them.  But the Trump administration team did and built the Bill, this is how winning is done!
