115th Congress Divided

It is still too early to call this Midterm Election, many tight races across the country, recounts are being called upon and many allocations of voter fraud.  What a damn shame that Congress has consumed its self where the country as a whole will fall between the cracks into an abyss of self.  You know the saying, Ah yes, the abyss, Beyond Good and Evil. "He who fights with monsters should be careful lest he thereby becomes a monster.  And if thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee."

Martin Armstrong had this to say about the Midterm Elections:  "The one thing that is ABSOLUTELY guaranteed is there will be ZERO cooperation and everything will become even more obstructive now so we can expect the economy to decline going into the 2020 turning point on the ECM. (Economic Confidence Model)  The Democrats have vowed to seek impeachment and they will now have subpoena power to obstruct Trump and this will bring a swift end to Draining the Swamp. (that will be a relief for many, maybe) So expect nothing but obstruction.  Running the government is no longer a priority. This is just going to be a grudge match from here on out and that is what the model has been projecting." (end Martin)

John Stuart Mill a British philosopher, political economist, and civil servant: "Suppose that all your objects in life were realized; that all the changes in institutions and opinions which you are looking forward to, could be completely effected at this very instant. Would this be a great joy and happiness to you?  Happiness was to have been found in the continual pursuit of this end."  (end Mill)

Man alive, U.S. history is really being baked into this Frankenstein!

Thanks Jo, this is spot on for our times.
