One of the most interesting mechanics is the level of lava in theCaldera. (magma chamber/reservoir) When this lava level drops beyond the water table in the the conduit (chamber) water will flow into the conduit causing steam to rise from the chamber. At this point, all Hell can break loose!
It seems this element of mechanics has happened at Kilauea where we're seeing steam rise from the chamber! If rocks and debris fall into the chamber blocking the flow of steam a massive eruption can occur from pressure build-up launching tons of boulders and rocks of all sizes into the air! Volcanologist Janine Krippner, "We are looking at the possibility of a steam-driven eruption at the summit, which is not as large as magmatic eruptions that we see at volcanoes like Mount St. Helens. The hazards are ballistic rocks around the summit area."

Hawaii County officials were knocking on doors on several streets in the Leilani Estates subdivision alerting residents to flee fast-moving lava from the Kilauea volcano on Monday night.

The public will participate in government for 6 months each in a lifetime which will end the revolving door of stolen tax money. We did this in the beginning to serve our country and to make it fit, tippe top shape for all.
