The Game Changed

Reflecting on a quote from former Sen Alan Simpson. "These guys are purest and the thing that has destroyed their party through the decades of my existence is that they give each other the saliva test of purity, then they lose and bitch for four years wondering how they lost."   Russian Ruble @ 49.8120, the 52 week high @ 78.5784, the 52 week low @ 33.2940.

That quote from Uncle Al sums up Western Imperialism as it's losing allies, military bases are being asked to leave, financial restructuring and many countries are coming aboard China's Investment Bank which 52 are now partners.  Also, many countries are dropping assets, bonds of Europe and the U.S. The West was asking many countries not to team up with China, well fellas it's over and why is this happening to the purest? (a homogeneous or uniform composition)  One good reason is no one likes you, throughout the centuries you had it your way twisting arms of other countries, destabilization, sanctions, (owned banks) insurgents to topple a government in order to create war and lastly to steal territory and resources.  The game changed when the West sold too many lies and cheated, the financial fiasco will always be a reminder just like 911.

HSBC chief executive Stuart Gulliver along with Group Chairman Douglas Flint apologies to MPs on the Treasury Select Committee for "unacceptable" practices at the bank's Swiss subsidiary.  Douglas Flint was one of the key speakers at the 2015 Economic Forum in Davos, alrighty then.

Now I know you're going to laugh but it works, when we go reading articles of such scenarios as here and one forgets to give the public any tools for a fix to help stable in what is wrong; here on The Ship, we expose such tools.  The whole thing is out of whack like an unstable nuclide but in nature this nuclide will stable in time as to the half life of a radioactive isotope.  To speed this process up one needs to remove an element, in this case, it would be lying.  So at social functions, fundraising, dinner parties and group meeting let a fine truth serum be introduced, even if you know it's purpose it will not aid to ones lie.  This serum is iced Jägermeister a German digestif made of 56 herbs and spices at a strength of only 35% alcohol by volume.  After 8, 10 shots I don't care who you are (I think it's the herbs) the dam is going to bust, you think I'm kidding?  Try it, it will make a believer out of ya, one way to get back on a True North course is knowing the lies, bottoms up Mates!

Bridge the Country any Country

From studying the history of the world you can find an old poker hand that plays in the toppling of a nation's government.   First, a revolution along with sanctions is started, the dictator is removed and democracy is in-placed for voting by the people to help them think their country is on the right track.  An elected official is put in power and most times than not is placed by the aggressor who started the revolution, an oligarch if you will that will enable the plan to move forward.

Usually, the nation picked has energy resources, minerals, prime agricultural and or a strategic military value.  The main property to obtain is that which can produce exports and generate foreign exchange and after such a toppling the country is in financial stress needing an influx of cash.  At this point, yet another hero shows up to save the day, the bankers.  Loans are granted and now the business in the country can get underway, everybody is feeling better at this point. Until operators of textiles, mines, oil, agriculture or any output are stressed once again by import price placed on materials from other countries under the ruling hand that disrupted the country in the first place.  The export price of this country cannot compete with the price influx and soon business operators find themselves falling behind on the loan of the hero bank and go bankrupted.

Now we're at the final stage of why this all began, the bankers of the oligarch can march in and scoop everything up for pennies on the dollar.  No one around can even get in on the action for they have no idea what is coming to fruition of businesses and or properties.  The loans put in place are controlled by the oligarch banks, who the hell else is going to know if there being paid on or not! In order to have dominance, one needs collective control of those properties in the economic structure of that country.

Bridge the Country any Country

A Bridge too Far

We're seeing new tactics on the scene, a new player on the board is privatized military who are corporations, a soldier of fortune for hire.  Also, militant groups financed by other countries to cause upset.  One group in the news today is the ISIS that has taken a hold of Iraq and would like to create an Islamic state.  Now however this group got funded it seems that Saudi Arabia and Israel are worried about the movement.  Frankenstein (the founder) has created a monster and would like it's own rule of power.  In order for that to happen one needs collective control of properties, seems that rebel forces have learned well.

The power of the elites have gone too far, something is in the way.  Most nation despise war today through its people and have to maneuver other war junkies to participate with cash and they will show up, cash is king to many.  But then the media spills the beans of who is supporting the war groups either the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Russia, or the British Empire herself and people around the world know the true aggressor and financier.  Same old song and dance just look at Venezuela.

The integration of immigrants into many countries to weaken the labor force of an honest wage. Here in the states, the Mexican border at Texas is being overrun by immigrants and the people are not all Mexican.  The new cheap labor movement, the oligarch are tired of moving their complexes around the world and told their government pals to just move cheap labor in.  But like Sweden you have the people in an uproar, that's right Sweden of all places is in civil unrest; where we come to a bridge too far.

A country does not have to fight this anymore for what is unfolding is a grass roots movement that will put many elite corporations along with their puppet government in place. The inception of hedge funds that by design will drive the price of any stock into the ground, coming soon to an exchange near you.  Also many on the right side of the fence will be supporting lobbyist to push and fight bills being passed by Congress.  But most important in this new game of collective control of properties is the individual, of how and where you spend your money and what bank you use.  Like war cut the supply line in funding, this is happening all over the globe or we would already be involved in WWIII, that has not happened, oh the poor dears!

Many factors in moving off the diet of the dollar, through emerging markets of over 30 countries taking hold of new economic drive in ethics and transparency.

The BRICS nations which are Brazil, China, India, Russia and South Africa which Indonesia and Turkey have been mentioned as candidates for full membership of the BRICS, while Argentina, Egypt, Iran, Nigeria and Syria have expressed interest in joining BRICS.  As of 2013, the five BRICS countries represent almost 3 billion people with a combined nominal GDP of US$16.039 trillion and an estimated US$4 trillion in combined foreign reserves.

The Eurasian Economic Union is an economic union which is planned to be established by a treaty signed on 29 May 2014 between the leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia. The Union will officially go into effect on 1 January 2015 assuming the treaty is approved by the parliaments of the three countries. The EEU would create a single economic market of 171 million people and a gross domestic product of 3 trillion U.S. dollars. The republics of Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan have also expressed interest in joining the organization.

The real whopper is that China is creating its own World Bank, damn!

The Dollar is heading south, someone has been reading many books about world economics and domination.

"The planned assault and clearing off protesters is canceled. A truce has been declared and talks will start to stabilize the situation," Yatsenyuk said. However the far-right wing of the Ukrainian opposition refuses to observe the truce. The leader of Right Sector said the group did not sign any agreements and called for the continuation of the "offensive of the resurgent people."

President  Yanukovich also declared that Thursday be a day of mourning for the victims of the clashes.

An error in this press narration as of guns and ammunition stolen, the real deal as follows. "Radicals have seized over 1,500 firing arms and 100,000 bullets in the last 24 hours."

Well so much for Truce

Violence escalated on Tuesday after a group of radicals taking part in a “peaceful march” of the opposition attempted to storm the building of the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada). They were repelled by police cordons. The move came despite the agreement on amnesty finally reached between the government and the opposition.

The surge in the number of victims comes as both armed rioters and the police are now using live ammunition in clashes. Many of the protesters and police officers killed or injured since Tuesday sustained gunshot wounds. Police have officially been allowed to use firearms in accordance with the law by an order of the Ukrainian Interior Minister.

Russian military presence in Ukraine

3/3/14
Russian Ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin says ousted Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich has sent a letter to Putin asking him to use military force in Ukraine to restore law and order. In the 1990s, the status of Sevastopol became the subject of endless debates between Russia and Ukraine. Following negotiations, the city and surrounding territories were granted a special "state significance" status within the Ukrainian state, and some of the naval facilities were leased to Russia for its Black Sea Fleet until at least 2047. According to the agreement, Russia can have up to 25,000 personnel in Crimea, according to Churkin. Russia considers it necessary to ensure that the agreement between Viktor Yanukovich and the opposition on the crisis in Ukraine is fulfilled, Churkin told the UNSC.

The phone call

3/5/14
The call took place after Estonia’s Foreign Minister Urmas Paet visited Kiev on February 25, following the peak of clashes between the pro-EU protesters and security forces in the Ukrainian capital. It was reportedly uploaded to the web by officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) loyal to ousted President Viktor Yanukovich who hacked Paet’s and Ashton’s phones.

During the conversation, Paet stressed that “there is now stronger and stronger understanding that behind the snipers, it was not Yanukovich, but it was somebody from the new coalition.” According to the Estonian FM, “all the evidence shows” that the “same snipers” at Maidan were shooting at people from both sides, the police and the protesters.

Sanctions may boost Eurasian Economic Union

3/22/14
EU and US sanctions against Russia could backfire on the West, as Russia may turn to other partners in the East and refuse to cooperate on other energy issues, chief global analyst at the Globalist Research Center Martin Sieff told RT.

It will be very unwise for the rest of the G8 to go ahead and push for sanctions against Russia. It could be damaging to the Russian economy. But if that was the case, it would not be destabilizing for Russia. What would then happen is that the Eurasian Economic Union would accelerate in scale very rapidly. And Russia's ties with China and India or Iran would not be negatively affected at all. Also, Russia would not play ball with the US and Western Europe on energy issues. This could backfire very badly on the West.

Ukraine away from abyss?

The Abyss by Alexius

6/7/14
Billionaire Petro Poroshenko has been sworn in as Ukraine's new president at a ceremony in Kiev. He won the emergency election in the first round on a promise of change as the country faces a massive political and economic crisis.

Poroshenko gave his presidential oath on Saturday at an event attended by delegations from 56 countries. The US, the key supporter of the opposition forces, which ousted Poroshenko's predecessor Viktor Yanukovich in the February armed coup and made way for his presidency, was represented by Vice President Joe Biden.

Poroshenko also said he wants a new international treaty that would ensure that Ukraine is defended militarily by foreign nations if its territorial integrity is threatened, although he didn't say which countries were willing to offer such protection.

Poroshenko campaigned on a platform of change, promising to free the country from corruption and domination of the oligarchs. Yet some of Ukraine's rich are now governing its provinces and even have personal armies. With all the public support he managed to rally, he may find it difficult to rein in officials and business elites, especially with his presidential authority diminished by a constitutional reform and the parliament dominated by the party of his bitter rival, Yulia Tymoshenko.

There is also doubt over whether the president intends to deliver on his election campaign promises. He pledged to sell his business assets to assure personal integrity, but he refused to sell his TV channel, which was one of the most vocal critics of the Yanukovich government, and has bought a new factory since making his promise.

The first test of his presidential independence and determination is likely to be dealing with the country's unruly eastern provinces, which boycotted the election and are defending themselves against Kiev's military crackdown. So far Poroshenko has demonstrated little intention to replace air strikes and artillery barrages in Donetsk and Lugansk regions with peace envoys and negotiators.

Stopping the bloodshed is the main demand from Russia, which may choose to stop delivering gas to Ukraine without pre-payment, as Kiev has been behind in paying its bills for months. Moscow agreed to postpone the shutdown until Monday after Ukraine covered a portion of its debt, but it leaves Poroshenko with a deadline looming just days ahead.

Globe Backyard TV- War Natives Restless

Globe Backyard TV

From Wikipedia:

The modern use of military exercises grew out of the military need to study warfare and to 'reenact' old battles for learning purposes. During the age of Kabinettskriege (Cabinet wars), Frederick the Great, King of Prussia from 1740 to 1786, "put together his armies as a well-oiled clockwork mechanism whose components were robot-like warriors. No individual initiative was allowed to Frederick's soldiers; their only role was to cooperate in the creation of walls of projectiles through synchronized firepower."

This was in the pursuit of a more effective army, and such practices made it easier to look at war from a top-down perspective. Disciplined troops should respond predictably, allowing the study to be confined to maneuvers and command.

German Army soldiers during exercise Joint Resolve 26 in Bosnia. The stunning Prussian victory over the Second French Empire in the Franco-Prussian War (1870--71) is sometimes partly credited to the training of Prussian officers with the game Kriegspiel, which was invented around 1811 and gained popularity with many officers in the Prussian army. These first war games were played with dice which represented "friction", or the intrusion of less than ideal circumstances during a real war (including morale, meteorology, the fog of war, etc.).

21st-century militaries still use war games to simulate future wars and model their reaction. According to Manuel de Landa, after World War II the Command, Control and Communications (C3) was transferred from the military staff to the RAND Corporation, the first think tank.

The achievements of RAND stem from its development of systems analysis. Important contributions are claimed in space systems and the United States' space program, in computing and in artificial intelligence. RAND researchers developed many of the principles that were used to build the Internet. RAND also contributed to the development and use of war gaming.

Current areas of expertise include: child policy, civil and criminal justice, education, health, international policy, labor markets, national security, infrastructure, energy, environment, corporate governance, economic development, intelligence policy, long-range planning, crisis management and disaster preparation, population and regional studies, science and technology, social welfare, terrorism, arts policy, and transportation.

RAND designed and conducted one of the largest and most important studies of health insurance between 1974 and 1982. The RAND Health Insurance Experiment, funded by the then-U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, established an insurance corporation to compare demand for health services with their cost to the patient.

According to the 2005 annual report, "about one-half of RAND's research involves national security issues". Many of the events in which RAND plays a part are based on assumptions which are hard to verify because of the lack of detail on RAND's highly classified work for defense and intelligence agencies. The RAND Corporation posts all of its unclassified reports in full on its website.

As RAND's agenda evolved, systems analysis served as the methodological basis for social policy planning and analysis across such disparate areas as urban decay, poverty, health care, education, and the efficient operation of municipal services such as police protection and firefighting.

World War III is accumulating over Syria (Updates)

AMERICAN PEOPLE- We do not pledge allegiance to the dollar that supports the barrel of oil, banksters and the federal reserve do and with that the US government is on their own!  The support of the AMERICAN PEOPLE is at a historical low in our history, the government has done this to themselves and do not have our blessings our support.

Britain- The Telegraph wrote that military commanders were discussing a list of potential targets, the Royal Navy is deploying vessels for a series of cruise missile strikes on Syria.

8/30/13-  The U.K. parliament voting against action in Syria has clearly provided shock waves through the Obama administration.  British Prime Minister David Cameron capitulated in a speech today that “it is clear to me that the British Parliament, reflecting the views of the British people, does not want to see British military action. I get that, and the government will act accordingly.”

The British media said it was the first time since 1782 that the House of Commons went against the government on a question of war.  This is historic and you can view UK Parliament debates Syria.

US- Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said any action taken against Syria would only be done in concert with the international community and within a legal framework.

8/31/13- President Barack Obama said Saturday he will seek Congressional approval for a military strike in Syria.

Russia- Foreign Ministry, “All of this makes one recall the events that happened 10 years ago, when, using false information about Iraqis having weapons of mass destruction, the US bypassed the United Nations and started a scheme whose consequences are well known to everyone".

"I am convinced that it (the chemical attack) is nothing more than a provocation by those who want to drag other countries into the Syrian conflict, and who want to win the support of powerful members of the international arena, especially the United States," President Vladimir Putin said.

China- China's foreign minister urged restraint in the growing tensions over Syria, saying any military intervention in the crisis would only worsen turmoil in the Middle East.

Saudi Arabia- Has secretly offered Russian a sweeping deal to control the global oil market and safeguard Russia’s gas contracts, if the Kremlin backs away from the Assad regime in Syria.

Germany- Suggested for the first time it may support the use of force if a chemical weapons attack is confirmed.

Turkey- Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said his country would take part in an international coalition against Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime if the U.N. failed to come up with sanctions to punish Syria for the alleged use of chemical weapons.

France- “It will be negotiated in coming days,” Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius told Europe 1 radio on Monday. Fabius acknowledged that the lack of a U.N. blessing was problematic. “All the options are open. The only option that I can’t imagine would be to do nothing.”

Iran- "We are in close contact with the Syrian government and they have reassured us that they had never used such inhumane weapons and would have the fullest co-operation with the UN experts to visit the areas affected," Mohammad Javad Zarif told Italy's foreign minister, Emma Bonino, in a telephone conversation on Saturday.

Iraq- White House does not want to act alone. U.S. officials are back channeling through the United Nations to see if Russia could be convinced to agree to a resolution.

Israel- Remains technically at war with Syria, which has long demanded an Israeli withdrawal from the strategic Golan Heights, land that Israel captured in a 1967 war.

Libya- Obama will come under intense pressure to intervene in Syria.

Egypt- The Arab Spring has left the international community divided, bewildered, powerless and incoherent in its response.

UN- Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said "if proven, any use of chemical weapons by anyone under any circumstances is a serious violation of international law and an outrageous crime.

Syria- Reaction to the chemical attack, warning that any international intervention in Syria would end in failure.

President Obama's Decision on Syria

8/31/13- Just now, President Obama laid out the case for a targeted military action against Syrian regime targets as a result of their use of chemical weapons that killed over one thousand people--including hundreds of children. Now after the G20 summit in Russia this whole thing has turned into a schoolyard pissing match.  But what about this little fellow in the photo below, what does he want?  What a shame world leaders are more interested in the money and testosterone.  If there was ever a Time Magazine photo cover, this is it!  I think of what this little fellow has been through, we make him a world leader.

From Pope Francis: In a letter to the G-20 host, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Francis lamented that "one-sided interests" had prevailed in Syria, preventing a diplomatic end to the conflict and allowing the continued "senseless massacre" of innocents.  "To the leaders present, to each and everyone, I make a heartfelt appeal for them to help find ways to overcome the conflicting positions and to lay aside the futile pursuit of a military solution," Francis wrote as the G-20 meeting got under way in St. Petersburg.  Read more on Pope Francis

Who are the rebel forces?

Representative Michael McCaul, Texas Republican: "Who are the rebel forces? Who are they? I ask that in my briefings all the time," McCaul said. "And every time I get briefed on this it gets worse and worse, because the majority now of these rebel forces - and I say majority now - are radical Islamist pouring in from all over the world."

A branch of al-Qaeda fighting in the Syrian civil war has seized one of the few remaining villages where the original language of Christ is still spoken, residents say.

(CBS News) DAMASCUS - In the midst of civil war, Syria is anxious to convince the world that the fighters they're battling are al Qaeda-linked terrorists.

Democratic Rep. Chellie Pingree of Maine said the brutal video of seven men being executed in 2012 "reinforces some of the questions being raised about who are our allies there" and what the Obama administration hopes to accomplish with military strikes against Assad's forces.

"The people of Syria should be in no doubt that the UK stands fully behind the Syrian National opposition – the sole legitimate representatives of the Syrian people," Mr Hague said following a meeting with Ahmad Al-Jarba, the president of the Syrian National Coalition.

"The American strikes are not to destroy the rebels, it is to destroy the regime," said Hozan Ibrahim, part of the opposition movement that includes the Free Syrian Army.

9/6/13- All Hands- US, Royal Navy, Russia, China

This is going beyond the news of who is showing up in the Arabian Sea which is the Persian Gulf, Gulf of Oman, Gulf of Aden, Red Sea and just to the north the Mediterranean Sea which you have Syria.  I can tell you many warships are converging in this area.  China is even noted to be practicing search and rescue missions, a warship taskforce under the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army somewhere in the Pacific since Aug, 28th.  The Royal Navy is steaming out into the Mediterranean, US's 5th fleet has been beefed up which is stationed out in these waters and Russia was to receive 36 more warships by this year and is also steaming over to this hot spot.

The real deal here is what do the people of Syria want?  World leaders need to pay attention to this quote along with all people on this planet.

"We have perfected our weapons, our conscience has fallen asleep and we have sharpened our ideas to justify ourselves".

Speaking with Bob Schieffer, the "CBS This Morning" co-host previewed the interview - held Sunday at the Presidential Palace in Damascus - which is Assad's first with an American TV network in nearly two years.

Rose reported the Syrian leader addressed allegations that his regime used chemical weapons against his own people. Excerpts from Rose's interview with Assad will air at 7 a.m. EDT on "CBS This Morning." The interview will air in its entirety Monday night on "The Charlie Rose Show" on PBS.

9/10/13- Syria accepts Russia deal on chemical weapons

Moscow's proposal -- that President Bashar Assad hands over chemical weapons for destruction -- offered a path that averted U.S. military strikes. Syria's Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem told Russia's lower parliament that Damascus had agreed to the plan in order to "remove the grounds for American aggression."

Syria confirmed it would accept a Russian-brokered proposal to place its chemical weapons under international control Tuesday, just hours after France announced it would seek a U.N. Security Council resolution seeking a similar plan.

10/31/13- Chemical Weapons

Syria has destroyed all of its declared chemical weapons production and mixing facilities, according to the international chemical weapons watchdog.  The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the OPCW, says Syria met its main obligation by Friday's deadline as part of an ambitious disarmament program. The OPCW says its teams have inspected 21 out of 23 chemical weapons sites across the country.  The other two are too dangerous to inspect, it reports, but the equipment had already been moved to other inspected sites. Under a Russian-American brokered deal, Damascus agreed to destroy all its chemical weapons after Washington threatened to use force in response to the killing of hundreds of people in a sarin attack on the outskirts of Damascus in August.   By mid-2014, Syria must also destroy its entire stockpile of chemical weapons.

On Wednesday the United Nation’s representative to Lebanon said the organization was not aware of plans to destroy any of Syria’s chemical weapons stockpile in Lebanon.

6/7/14 West no right to give or refuse Syrian People Legitimacy

The Syrian election does not need the Western endorsement to be considered legitimate, it is the voices of Syrian people themselves that make the vote legitimate, President Assad's media advisor, Bouthaina Shaaban told RT.

This week's Bashar Assad victory in the Syrian presidential poll with 88.7 percent of the vote, Shaaban says, clearly shows that even a war-torn country has the right to decide its own future, as some 11 out of 15 million went to the polls.

"We are not really waiting for legitimacy from the West," Shaaban said, accusing Western and Arab countries of targeting Syria, arming and financing the brutal opposition in a 3-year-long conflict. "The Syrian people not only voted for President Assad, I think they voted for Syria. They voted against foreign intervention."

8/24/16 U.S.-Backed Turkish Offensive in Syria Targets U.S.-Backed Kurds

How do you win when fighting yourself? Turkey launched a major military intervention in Syria, the onslaught is backed by the U.S., while the Kurdish group that Turkey is targeting, the left-wing Kurdish nationalist YPG, is also backed by the United States.  With Wednesday's developments, President Barack Obama's much-criticized policy in Syria grows increasingly incoherent, critics argue.

The New World Order is Done

The neocons of the planet are on the way out!  The Obama regime is leaving the White House which should have been thrown out, Saudi Arabia along with Israel will receive backlash for supporting terrorist groups which have been known for years and dating back to 9/11.  The Bush regime is also involved, nowhere to run boys. Sept 28, 2015, was the day Putin stood in front of the UN in New York and spoke the words, "what have you people done".  Putin has been mopping up terrorist groups ever since with it's elite force KSO, focuses on more traditional Special Operations missions, including disrupting enemy forces, coordinating and calling in airstrikes and collecting battlefield intelligence. Russia’s best troops that hail from traditional Spetsnaz and airborne units.
